Testimonials
Cathy Roach
Business Administrator
Sweet Basil/Mountain Standard
I am writing to elaborate on the effectiveness, efficiency and professionalism of 106 West. When 106 West embarked on their program almost 3 years ago, the businesses in Vail were a little apprehensive that 106 West could handle the volume of business that Vail Village deals with especially during high season. Almost immediately, we were extremely impressed with their due diligence with delivery of product.
As the Business Administrator for Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard restaurants, two very busy restaurants with a high volume of business, I check in a lot of the alcohol that comes into our restaurants. The guys are very efficient with their deliveries, always on time, they always have an invoice, if there is an issue, they promptly address it. Not to mention that all of the guys are very pleasant to work with and always have a smile on their face.
I would strongly recommend the services of 106 West to any community that wishes to reduce the footprint of large trucks entering the village and increase the efficiency of delivering product.

Mountain Beverage
Mountain Beverage is excited to help grow the 106 West delivery program, we are looking forward to the success of growth in new areas like Breckenridge.
The partnership with 106 West has been great! Jason and his team have worked with us to know the level of service for our customers and for the quality control of the brands we represent and continue to meet our expectations. We have not had any issues with product handling or finalizing the deliveries. Mountain Beverage Co is completely satisfied with the attention to detail provided by Jason and his team!
The service 106 West currently provides in the Vail Village has been hands down the best business plan in our territory! They have lessened the burden of delivering a high volume of products in a densely populated area. Mountain Beverage is excited to continue to work with 106West to provide the best customer service in the beer business. We look forward to using their services in Breckenridge and hopefully in Aspen in the future.

Republic National Distributing
Republic National Distributing Company is looking forward to working with the106 West Delivery Program in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our partnership with the 106 Team in Vail, Colorado has been nothing short of outstanding. I am positive the 106 Team will bring this winning team and program to Breckenridge and provide the same level of service and professionalism they have shown in Vail.
Not only has this program allowed us to reduce the number of vehicles we send up I-70 from Denver each week, but it has also improved the experiences of both the people that live in Vail and visitors from across the country with less diesel emissions and delivery trucks on city streets. A true win for everyone!

Delivery Supervisor
Breakthru Beverage Colorado
I am on the operations team down at Breakthru Beverage. We are the largest liquor distributor in the state of Colorado. I wanted to start by saying how much we at Breakthru love working with 106 West. We love how simple, easy and efficient they make delivering to accounts in the village up in Vail. Truthfully before 106 West, it was challenging to find drivers who wanted to deliver to Vail period. Which in return meant we were sending inexperienced drivers up there, they wouldn’t know where they are going, and we had our fair share of accidents. Which wasn’t good for anyone.
As a former delivery driver myself, the only other place that had anything close to what you guys have in Vail Village was the Minneapolis airport. It was always everyone’s favorite drop. You could go in and deliver 20-30 accounts and be out of there with in under 90 minutes. Truly the ones who benefit the most from this system are the accounts and customers. What I mean by this is at your dock, all of the distributors can back up and give ourselves a little extra time to make sure everyone gets all of their product accurately. Vail is one of our most efficient locations with least amount of errors because of this dock and how we check everything in with 106 West. Also, one of the largest complaints from any account across the state is picking up empty keg shells. I have never had a complaint about 106 West not picking up empty keg shells from accounts and not having an accurate count. In my opinion the locals and tourist that come to your great city always have everything they need. Very few accounts ever run out of anything because of 106 West. This might be one of the most underrated things that you can’t put a value on paper up front. With 106 West we are able to service accounts twice a week where if we did not, most of those accounts in the village we would only be able to deliver once a week just because of the labor and hours it would take. This is when you would start to see accounts not having all their beer, liquor , wine , which in return means lost sales and lost tax revenue for the city.
I’m not sure if other distributors have balked at paying the permit fee, but to us it’s a no brainer. It allows us to get our trucks in and out of the heart of Vail and not be wheeling all over the village around your guests. One of the things accounts always got frustrated with is late deliveries. We don’t have to worry about that now because we can get to the dock nice and early and they get everything delivered usually by 2 pm. This would NOT be the case if it came from us directly. There would be drivers in the village much later than that.
In the grand scheme of it all, we at Breakthru wish every ski town did exactly what Vail does. We at Breakthru love working with 106 West. We love how simple, easy and efficient they make delivering to accounts in Vail Village. It is by far and away the most efficient way to deliver a ski town that anyone in the state is doing. Change for some distributors may be hard, but that’s because its new and no one else does it. It’s called simplifying, evolving and being more efficient. We couldn’t be happier with 106 West and we will gladly stand behind them.
